User-centered design

In collaboration with NZSIA, we employed design thinking techniques to develop our solution. Our approach began with understanding and empathizing with the users, followed by clearly defining the problem at hand. Our primary objective was to create a solution specifically catered to skiers and snowboarders, considering the various aspects of their interaction and engagement with the learning process.

Building upon this solid groundwork and the valuable insights gained, we engaged in ideation to generate a multitude of ideas. Through a process of prototyping and rigorous testing, we iteratively refined our concepts, ultimately arriving at our final result.

Inclusive design

During our design process, we carefully developed a comprehensive style guide and implemented a cohesive navigation system for both print and web platforms, ensuring seamless access and consistent visual experience across all learning modules.

Our solution placed sustainability, user engagement, and empathy at the forefront, resulting in a successful outcome.
